Information we use

We collect your full name, email, phone number, country, password, and agreement to our policies to administer your account. You may optionally tell us how you heard about RepeatTrack. Business setup collects your business name, industry, size range, approximate monthly customer range, country, and primary goal; website, business phone, and social/contact channel are optional. Business profiles and membership records separate merchant workspaces. We also use customer contact details, notes, and purchase records entered by merchants to show purchase history and repeat revenue; and subscription, payment reference, and payment status records to manage billing. Technical records such as request IDs, error classes, and access times help us maintain security and investigate failures.

How information is handled

Merchant customer records are visible only to authorized members of that merchant's business. We use the data to provide the service, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, and protect the application. Account and business profile information also supports onboarding and service improvement. Service hosting, database, and payment providers may process the information needed for those functions. When online card payment is enabled, Omise collects card details through its own tokenization form; RepeatTrack does not receive or store full card numbers or CVV. Manual transfer verification is performed by an operator against the receiving bank account.

Cookies, retention, and requests

A secure session cookie keeps an account signed in. We retain account, merchant, purchase, and billing records while needed to operate the service and meet applicable obligations. Backup copies are kept for a limited recovery window. To request access, correction, or deletion, or to ask about a merchant's customer data, contact us. We may need to retain billing records required for accounting or dispute resolution. Merchants should handle customer information they enter in line with their own legal obligations.
