Terms of Service

Effective 2 October 2026.

RepeatTrack is a monthly software service for small businesses to record customers and purchases and view returning-customer metrics. RepeatTrack is operated by an individual, under the RepeatTrack brand.

Accounts and customer records

Keep your login secure and provide accurate account and billing details. You are responsible for the customer information and purchase records you enter, including obtaining any permissions needed to use that data. Do not upload unlawful content, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another business's workspace.

Subscriptions and payments

Starter is ฿990/month, Growth is ฿1,990/month, and Pro is ฿2,990/month. Any optional assisted setup fee is quoted separately before purchase. An account can be created without charge; paid workspace access starts after payment verification. Manual transfer requests require a new transfer and operator verification for each period. If online billing is enabled, it may renew monthly until cancelled. Failed payments may limit paid access after the stated grace period.

Cancellation and availability

You can schedule cancellation in Billing; it takes effect at the end of the paid period. See the cancellation and refund policy. We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance and outages can occur. The software and its metrics depend on the records you enter; we do not promise an increase in sales. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or errors in merchant-entered data. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
